Terms of Service
Terms for using VSRX
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of VSRX (the “Service”). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
VSRX provides release-readiness and security review tooling. The Service is intended to help you identify potential issues; it is not a guarantee that a project is secure, compliant, or ready for production. You remain responsible for reviewing findings and deciding what to deploy.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in link and credentials secure, and promptly notify the operator of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that people using your workspace are authorised to do so.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or access data without permission;
- introduce malware, bypass security controls, or disrupt the Service;
- reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Service except as permitted by law; or
- submit secrets, personal data, or other material that you do not have the right to process.
4. Your projects and reports
You retain ownership of material you submit and the reports generated for your workspace. You grant the operator only the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and provide that material through the Service. Do not submit source code or other sensitive material unless the applicable workflow expressly asks for it and you have authority to do so.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, which may include Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and Resend. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies. The operator is not responsible for outages or actions outside its reasonable control.
6. Plans, payments, and cancellation
If paid features are introduced, pricing, billing intervals, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method. A cancellation may restrict new work while preserving access to existing reports for the retention period described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or identify every vulnerability, defect, or compliance obligation.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
The operator may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, non-payment, or a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
10. Changes
The operator may update these Terms as the Service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms should be raised through the support contact provided with your VSRX account or service communications.
