Terms for using the VSRX invited beta
These draft beta terms are intended to govern the complimentary, invitation-only external beta of VSRX (the “Service”). That release is not available until its invitation controls pass verification. Before access is enabled, each participant will be required to affirmatively accept the approved document versions, and that acceptance and its timestamp will be recorded. Viewing this page, accessing a draft, or continuing to browse does not by itself constitute acceptance.
1. The Service
VSRX provides release-readiness and security review tooling. The Service is intended to help you identify potential issues; it is not a guarantee that a project is secure, compliant, or ready for production. You remain responsible for reviewing findings and deciding what to deploy.
2. Accounts and access
The intended external beta will limit access to people invited by the Service operator after invitation controls pass verification. An invitation will be personal and may not be transferred. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify the operator of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that people using your workspace are authorised to do so.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or access data without permission;
- introduce malware, bypass security controls, or disrupt the Service;
- reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Service except as permitted by law; or
- submit secrets, personal data, or other material that you do not have the right to process.
4. Your projects and reports
You retain ownership of material you submit and the reports generated for your workspace. You grant the operator only the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and provide that material through the Service. Do not submit source code or other sensitive material unless the applicable workflow expressly asks for it and you have authority to do so.
5. Third-party services
The operator reports that the intended beta configuration uses Supabase, Vercel, Sentry, Resend, and Upstash for authentication and data hosting, application hosting, error monitoring, transactional email, and rate limiting. Activation and processing details remain pending independent sanitized provider evidence, so the external beta is not yet available. Provider services are subject to their own terms and policies.
6. Free beta
No fee or payment method is required for this invited beta. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or withdrawn as the beta is evaluated. Any future paid service would require separate terms presented before payment is enabled.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The beta may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or identify every vulnerability, defect, or compliance obligation.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
The operator may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, beta capacity, or a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
10. Changes
The operator may update these Terms as the Service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Where acceptance is required, access will remain blocked until you affirmatively accept the updated version and that acceptance is recorded.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to the operator once contact configuration is complete. The operator does not publish a personal name through this page.
